This Commercial License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Blossom Labs Ltd, with its principal place of business at 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE ("Licensor"), and the purchaser ("Licensee"). By purchasing and using the provided web and app templates ("Templates"), Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Templates in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

All rights, title, and interest in the Templates remain with Licensor. Licensee acquires no ownership rights to the Templates.

The license is effective upon receipt of payment. License fees are non-refundable.

Licensor does not provide formal support for the Templates. However, Licensee may reach out to hello@justshipp.com for general issues or inquiries. Updates, if any, will be provided at Licensor's discretion.

This license will terminate automatically if Licensee fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Templates and destroy any copies of the Templates in their possession.

The Templates are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or data use, incurred by Licensee or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Licensor's total liability for damages under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Licensee for the Templates.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Licensee will be notified of any changes and continued use of the Templates will be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
